We are bringing back our friends and family referral program, on now till March 31st.

What's this you ask?  Friends and family referral program?

So how it works, is when you refer a friend or family member, and they apply to rent from us, sign their lease and pay their first months rent, you get $50 as a thankyou.  Now it gets better, since until March 31st, this referral has been increased to $100.  Remember, there are no limits, so if you bring more than one friend that rents from us you will be getting $100 for each of them.
